Baby Steps: Stephanie on Creating Health and Happiness

Take baby steps forward. You can always take a few back…and then a few forward…then maybe a few sideways. I have no recipes, no wise words, no map…although I try to do two things consistently.

I feel totally, completely, firmly secure in the love I have for Eva. When all else falls through the floor, I make sure she knows just how much she is loved. That’s all she needs.

Every single day, I assess the situation. Am I the person I’ve always dreamed I could be? BTWs, that includes all the hats I wear. The answer is constantly shifting, but the one thing that remains the same is…

My family is happier when I am happier. We are happier individually and as a whole.

Mothers have a gift of creating health and happiness for their families. It comes from within.
